I'm back and I have GREAT news!!

You have no idea how happy it made me when I read through them. Seriously, you guys are the best!

So, last Sunday my roommate and I went to see another house.  It was awesome! Not only that, but the owner was a one of the Grad students in the art department at my University! I already knew the owner!! How lucky is that?!! She is such a cool person too, so that’s pretty exciting! Not only was the house nice and had so much space, but it also had a huge back yard for our dog, and the neighborhood consisted of mostly old people and college students. So perfect!  Even though she had more people coming to see the house later, she said she wouldn’t let them sign a lease until we decided to take the house or not!  Basically a first come first serve kind of thing. I almost cried when she said that, considering how those other guys totally fucked us over the week before.  Well, long story short, WE TOOK IT! WHOOOHOOOH!! We’ll be moving out this next weekend!
I’m just so excited.  I’ll be pretty busy with packing all week.  It’s going to be insane because I’m going to be busy with class work too. I’m also starting my new 3^rd job again this week.  It’s going to be a nightmare, but a good nightmare! xD I just know once I’m all moved in and unpacked (and get all those damn utility starting fees paid for), it’ll feel like a huge weight was lifted, I just know it.

So, after I found out I wouldn’t be living on the streets next week, I dove back into my drawing immediately.  Mostly practice sketching.  I did sketch out the possible Love Metal cover for chapter 2 if anyone would like to see that! I’ll be sure to post everything else that I’ve been doing real soon!

By the way, if any of you guys have a webcomic or plan to work on one in the future, I would highly suggest getting an account on GMI.   They just updated their website to accept anyone with webcomics, and they do voting rounds to choose which newcomers get to be part of their set of flagship series.  It’s set up a lot like Inkblazers, I love it!
On that note, you should go on there and vote for Love Metal to become one of their main series!  Unfortunately you have to have an account to do any type of voting, but honestly you should get one on there anyway.  Even if you don’t make webcomics, it’s still a good site to keep track of your favorite webcomic artists. SO GET AN ACCOUNT AND VOTE FOR LOVE METAL!

All you have to do is click on “vote” and click on “newcomers”.

Then scroll down until you see Love Metal and click the top arrow!
It’s that easy!

Now that my drawing speed and range of style have improved a bit since last year, I’m ready to tackle commissions again! I’m not starting them now, but soon.  So keep and eye out for commission info~!

I am so sorry, I was literally about to go and reply to all of your comments on my previous journal after I posted this.  For some reason DA decided to upload this journal like 3 times, so when I went to delete the extra ones, I accidentally deleted the one about me leaving, which you all commented on. Augh, I'm so pissed!! Well let me just reply to all of you through here then. 
Like I said, all of your comments made me so happy.  I'm just so thankful to have your support, it meant the world to me! I know one of you were concerned and thought I was going to drop out of college? Well, just so you know, I'm not going to do that! Haha, I plan to stick with it to the very end!
